XJ400 Workover Rigs

1GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
XJ400 is truck-mounted workover rig equipped with double drum, and it is special equipment for oil field and mine. The Max. hook load is 900kN, designed and manufactured to suit for service operation with depth 12,000 ft (2-7/8″(73mm))  . The carrier drive type is 10*4, axles is heavy with wide wheel base axle to suit for long time moving. The carrier frame is welded by special strengthen steel with 16Mn universal shape; The rig adopts CAT C13 diesel engine and CAT MT series  hydraulic torque converter.
The rig is character with super weather proof and shock resistance to suit for environment temperature of – 20° C to + 60° C and  rough terrain road conditions in North American.
In order to ensure the quality of the rig, the main power units and key hydraulic components are import , all the oil seals  and bearings are standard units .  

The rig is consists of six system:

  • Power system: including engine, transmission , control unit and diesel tank ,and so on,
  • Transmission system: including transmission shaft ,transmission chain and cover ,etc;
  • Carrier system: including carrier frame, axles, steer system,  front & rear suspension , cab, tool  box ,etc;
  • Drawworks system: including angle gear box, main drum ,sandline drum and brake system ,hydraulic brake, drawworks frame and cover ,etc;
  • Mast and traveling system: including  mast, crown block ,traveling block, wireline, mast base ,etc;
  • Hydraulic &air & electric system: including hydraulic system ,air system ,electric system and driller’s control console, etc;
